Management fees

At Pelagon Homes we only provide a comprehensive management service. The typical cost for this would be 14% however we would be happy to discuss any of your property management requirements with you on a personal basis. The services provided include the following:-

Production of a Tenancy Agreement

Electrical and Gas inspections arranged

Energy Performance Certificate arranged

Property licensing advice

Inventory check in and check out

Renegotiating tenancy extensions

Collection of rent

Pursue and advice on rent arrears

Arrange for deposit registration

Transfer of utility bills to tenants

All rent is paid into segregated client accounts. For this reason separate client protection insurance is not a service which is offered.
